Rexroth壓力閥DBAW...2X壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥亦稱自力式平衡閥、流量控制閥、流量控制器、動(dòng)態(tài)平衡閥、流量平衡閥，是一種直觀簡(jiǎn)便的流量調(diào)節(jié)控制裝置，管網(wǎng)中應(yīng)用流量調(diào)節(jié)閥可直接根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)來設(shè)定流量，閥門可在水作用下，自動(dòng)消除管線的剩余壓頭及壓力波動(dòng)所引起的流量偏差，無論系統(tǒng)壓力怎樣變化均保持設(shè)定流量不變，該閥這些功能使管網(wǎng)流量調(diào)節(jié)一次完成，把調(diào)網(wǎng)工作變?yōu)楹?jiǎn)單的流量分配，有效的解決管網(wǎng)的水力失調(diào)。

Pump safety blocks type DBAW are pilot-operated pressure relief valves which are integrated into a block and intended to be mounted directly onto SAE pressure ports of pumps.
They are used for limiting and solenoid-actuated unloading (type DBAW) the operating pressure.

In principle, the function of this block corresponds to the function of block type DBA.... Unloading the main control spool, however, is achieved by controlling the mounted directional valve (15). In this case, no cover plate (4) is required.

By means of the pressure relief valve type ZDB 6 (16) (data sheet 25751) and actuation of the directional valve (15), the pilot control of the pressure limitation screw-in cartridge valve type DB 20 K is deactivated and the pressure set at the pressure relief valve type ZDB 6 is activated. The pressure adjustment at the pressure relief valve type ZDB 6 only works if it is below the setting of the pressure limitation screw-in cartridge valve type DB 20 K.
